In Re: Liquid Aluminum Sulfate Antitrust Litigation, 2:16-md-02687-JLL-JAD (D.N.J.)

This is a case brought on behalf of all persons and entities in the United States who purchased liquid aluminum sulfate directly from Defendants (as listed below) from 1997 through at least February 2011 (the “Class Period”). If you purchased liquid aluminum sulfate during this time period, you should consider monitoring this case and preserving relevant purchase records.

The litigation alleges that defendant entities conspired to allocate territories and/or not to compete for each other’s historical business for liquid aluminum sulfate by rigging bids for, allocating customers, and fixing, stabilizing, and maintaining the price of liquid aluminum sulfate sold in the United States.

Defendants include General Chemical Corporation, General Chemical Performance Products, LLC, Gentek, Inc., Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund, GEO Specialty Chemicals, Inc., C&S Chemicals, Inc., Southern Ionics, Inc., and USALCO, LLC.
