Kleen Products LLC et al. v. International Paper Co. et al., 10-cv-05711 (N. D. Ill.)

This is a case brought on behalf of all persons and entities in the United States who purchased containerboard products directly from Defendants (as listed below) from February 15, 2004, and November 8, 2010 (the “Class Period”). Containerboard products include linerboard, corrugated medium, and corrugated products such as sheets, boxes, and corrugated containers.

The litigation alleges that defendant companies unlawfully conspired to fix, raise, or maintain the prices of containerboard products purchased in the United States.

Defendants include International Paper Co., WestRock CP, LLC, Packaging Corporation of America, Cascades Canada, ULC, Narampac Holdings U.S., Inc., Weyerhaeuser Co., Temple-Inland Inc., RockTenn CP LLC, TIN, Inc., and Georgia-Pacific, LLC.
